Guide
Glass, PET or galon: which format fits?
A plain guide to choosing between glass bottles, PET bottles and galon for dining tables, rooms, outdoor areas, homes and offices in Bali.

TOYA sah comes in three formats: glass bottles, PET bottles and galon. Each suits a different place. This guide helps you match the format to the setting.
Glass bottles: for the table
Glass suits dining rooms, bars and gifting. It looks right on a set table and can be presented to guests before it is opened. Glass is heavier and can break, so it is less practical where people walk barefoot or carry drinks around.
- Suited to: restaurant tables, private dinners, bars and welcome gifts.
- Volume: 330 ml.
PET bottles: for rooms and the day out
PET bottles are light and resealable. They suit hotel rooms, villa fridges, pool areas, outdoor events and trips around the island, where glass is less suitable.
- Suited to: rooms, pools, events and travel.
- Volumes: 330 ml, 600 ml and 1,100 ml.
Galon: for the dispenser
A galon sits on a dispenser in a kitchen, office or back of house. It suits places where many people refill their own glass or bottle through the day.
- Suited to: homes, offices, staff areas and cafés.
- Volume: 19 L.
- Delivery areas: [from current commercial records]. Refill and return terms: [from current commercial records].
Mixing formats
Many venues use more than one: glass in the dining room, PET in rooms and by the pool, and galon for staff. Using one brand across all three keeps presentation consistent from front of house to back.
Storage
Whatever the format, store water in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong smells, and keep caps closed until serving.
